Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Virelisse offers free shipping on orders. Checkout shows Free shipping at $0 — there is no minimum order threshold for free shipping.

Transit times depend on destination. Estimates shown at checkout are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods.

Customers receive tracking information after shipment when it is available for the fulfilled order. You can also use the Track Order page with your order ID and billing email.

Weather, carrier volume, and customs can affect delivery. If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us with your order number and we will investigate.

Contact us immediately if you need to update a shipping address. We can only modify addresses before the order enters fulfillment.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, check with neighbors and building management, then contact us within a reasonable window so we can open a carrier inquiry.
